Perfect September Day

Wind and rain scour the sky and leave us with that perfect day–a September Sunday with a crisply clean blue slate up high adorned with fluffs of white that turn to Turneresque tinges of pink at dusk. The water in the outdoor pool drops to fresh, chilly temperatures. The sun passes overhead but never quite reaches the grand heights of summer–the autumnal equinox creeps in tomorrow.

And yesterday, after days of dry, the rain came, slathered the streets, leaving glinting reflections on asphalt.wheel reflection -EditStreet reflection 0517-Edit
